A Newton, IA native and 2003 graduate of UC Davis, Mason holds a degree in Viticulture and Enology. He has worked at wineries in locations including New York, California, Australia, and New Zealand. Mason, along with his parents, started Jasper Winery in 2004, and he continues all wine making and management duties at the winery. In 2009, Mason started Madhouse Brewing Company. He oversees all brewery operations including recipe formulation, sourcing of ingredients, brewing, marketing, promotion, and distribution. His time is best enjoyed creating the sour barrel-aged program at the brewery.
John is from West Des Moines, IA and has worked in the hospitality industry for many years. He began working at Madhouse in 2014, and was promoted to full-time central-Iowa Sales and Distribution Rep in summer 2016.
